CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
A graduate of the HEC Lausanne, with an MBA in international banking and finance, Nicolas Walther began his career in Switzerland at Credit Suisse, analysing and servicing French and Belgian multinationals.
He was subsequently in charge of various missions within the investment banking subsidiary Credit Suisse First Boston, in London, before joining the Paribas group in 1987. Various challenges within its capital market activities were entrusted to him: syndication, distribution of fixed income, structured and alternative products. In 1996, he took on the commercial responsibility of Lombard Odier's financial intermediaries in Switzerland and French speaking Europe.
From 2000, he created and managed the Lombard Odier Gestion subsidiary in Paris.
Nicolas Walther co-founded Auris Gestion in 2004, in charge of general management as well as international development until April, 2023 and is presently focusing on AWM development.
